AGON was appointed as a Food and Beverage Consultant to provide food and beverage renovation services for the Guam Dai-ichi Hotel. AGON's scope of work includes:

• Consultation and design input with the architect and designer
• Review drawings for traffic flow, operation flow and space allocation
• Concept development
• Menu policy
• Review operating equipment lists
• Review equipment specifications
• Review of sub-contractor submissions
• Review of final operation
